The garden
The garden spread on 2.000 sq m. It is arranged with ray-grass, shrubs, fruit trees and other greenery. The village
The Village is situated in the Eastern part of the Balkan Mountain, close to the seaside. This little Bulgarian village (about 100 houses and 65 inhabitants) is surrounded by beautiful oak forest and on 100 m from it there is a beautiful lake. The distance from the Burgas Airport is 85 km. and from the Varna Airport 110 km. Only 9 km from the village is the city of Smyadovo - municipality center of the region .A further 30 minutes away is the urban district town of Shumen, with lots of restaurants, museums, and a theatre together with trade centers and university. The town of Shumen is an administrative center of the district and the distance to its facilities is 38 km. The distance from the village to the main road is less than 2 km. The village where the houses are situated is supplied with all facilities you need - electricity, water, 2 shops, bus station and it is covered by the biggest national phone operators - M-tel and Globul. It is easy to install a cable TV with more than 80 local and international channels and the developer has envisaged in the near future to install an internet connection covering the entire village.
