Stone house for sale close to Dobrich

For sale is an old, stone-built house located in a small and quiet village in northeastern Bulgaria. The village is situated about 35 km from the town of Dobrich.

The house was built in 1924. It is structurally sound, but requires complete internal renovation. The roof was completely replaced in 2019. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is one room and a large basement. There are three rooms on the upper floor. On of the rooms there can be split into a bathroom and a toilet.

The house is completely empty, ready for renovation. The built area is 60 sq m.

The size of the yard is 2300 sq m. In the garden there are fruit trees, plums, quinces, cherries, figs, apricots, two large walnuts. The land is very fertile.

There is no toilet. There are several additional buildings in good condition in the yard.
