We are delighted to bring to your attention this old, authentic stone-built house located in a picturesque Rhodope village in Chepelare Municipality.
The year of construction is 1900. The total living area of the house is 130 sq m and the size of the parcel is 300 sq m. Each of the stone walls has a thickness of 60 cm. The house has completely new roof and sewerage system. The property is suitable for rural tourism or other investment.
The house has three floors - each with an area of 65 square meters. The ground floor is below the street level and has access from the garden and the second floor.
