The complex will be constructed in six stages, after which a professional management company will be hired to administrate the complex. There are several service packs planned, the aim being for the management company to maintain the complex clean and hospitable by its activity. In the long term it is expected that good management will add more value to the market valuation of the apartments and they will be more attractive for re-sale on the secondary market.
