Rural property for sale near Lom

Two Properties for the Price of One!

We are offering this must-have rural property comprising TWO houses, a barn, and a well for free water to the houses. The property is situated in a beautiful small Bulgarian village in the picturesque Montana and Vidin region. The total living area is around 120 sq m., and the garden is approximately 1,900 sq m. The annual council tax for the entire compound is extremely low at around 40 leva per year.

One of the houses (the one with the blue metal door) is brick-built. It consists of 2 large rooms, a living room and a hallway. The roof has recently been repaired, and there is a new electricity insulation throughout (including electrical boxes, switches, and an electric mains box). Also, free water has been connected from the well into the kitchen. There are also two new double glazed windows (Austrian Vivaplast). The price includes some well made antique furniture, including two wardrobes, and a dining table.

The second house is an old but in good condition - with plumbing. It comprises 2 rooms, dining, bathroom and a basement. There is an outside toilet to service both houses, but it is easy to have a bathroom made in both houses, and the water can be run from the well.

This lovely friendly village, which offers mountainous scenery and clean air, is set in a great location. Bulgaria's second most important transport corridor in the region, is very close. And there are regular trains and buses on the Sofia-Vidin line. The railway station is only 1 kilometre's walk from the property. And the village centre, which has two grocery stores, a bar, and a church, is just 5 minutes walk away. What could be better?
