We are selling an old house with a yard located close to Varna. The village is set in northeastern Bulgaria, part of Aksakovo municipality, Varna district. The property is in its center.

The settlement is only at 17 km west from Varna and 10 km away from Aksakovo Municipal Center. The village is very sunny. The summer is cool, the autumn - warm, the winter - mild with light snowfall, and the spring - sunny. The population is 907 people, but the permanent residents are about 1200.

The property is built on a plot of land with area 1700 sq m. It is supplied with water and electricity. The house has only one floor and its total living area is 25 sq m. It is old and in bad condition, needs to be renovated or rebuild.

There are four grocery stores in the village, a community center, town hall, post office, health service, cafe, Orthodox church. All mobile operators are covered. Regular bus lines connect the village to Varna and Aksakovo.
