Rural house near Vratsa

The house is in a picturesque village in Roman municipality, Vratsa district. The village stands on the Sofia-Varna railway line, east from the town of Mezdra. It is located at the foot of the Stara Planina mountain. The Iskar River runs about 300 m away.

The house is brick built, on a reinforced concrete slab, on two floors. Each floor is 42 sq m. On the first floor there is a kitchen with a terrace, a bedroom and a bathroom with a working boiler. The second floor has two more rooms as well as an attic. One of the rooms has a west-facing balcony.
