Cozy house near Yambol!

This is a two storey house located in the beautiful countryside of Bulgaria!The village is about 64 km away from the city of Bourgas and the International airport in the city, about 28 km far from the city of Yambol and just 38 km far from the town of Elhovo.The region is very well developed and it`s famous hunting area. The village is near a lake, forest and a river which gives you the idea how suitable it is for your holiday. The house has two floors and five rooms spread on the total living area of 150 m2 space. There is no internal bathroom or toilet but they can easily be installed by our professional builders. There are water and electricity provided inside as well as there’s water outside too! The building is in a pretty good condition and it will need some refreshments but there won’t be too much work on it.The plot of land that goes to the house is 800 m2 large which is quite big and gives you options of building a swimming pool or whatever you need for your yard!There is an asphalt road going to the house and it is surrounded by gorgeous views.
