The village is located in an ecologically clean area, at the foot of Strandzha Mountain, at an altitude of 185 meters. The area offers unique combination of clean mountain air, sea climate and beautiful nature.
The village has 860 inhabitants, has good infrastructure and is suitable for year-round living, away from the noise and busy everyday life of the big city. There is sewerage, bus transport, shops, church, post office, library, hotel with restaurant, dairy, pumping station and guest houses.
About 10 minutes by car and you can reach the nearest beaches of the campsites Zlatna Ribka, Gradina, Kavatsite, Smokinya. Sozopol is at about 12 km, Primorsko - 18 km, Bourgas - 30 km, Ropotamo River is also not far.
The property consists of a house, additional farm buildings and a yard. The yard is over 700 square meters, fenced. The house is 60 sq m - trimmer joists, brick walls. There are two floors - a room on the ground floor with a glazed entrance hall, plus two more rooms on the upper floor, with a small corridor between them.
