The house is located in a village in northern Bulgaria, in Pleven municipality, Pleven region. The village is at 9 km east of the town of Pleven and 173 km northeast of the capital Sofia.

The village is well developed. In it there is a functioning town hall, a community center, a pharmacy, stores and restaurants, a motel and a guest house. The nearest hospital is in the town of Pleven, where there are also schools and kindergartens. The village has a football club.
