The house is not too big- it is a one storey house with total living area of 60 sq m distributed between 3 rooms. There is a basement too. Water, electricity and cable TV are provided to the property. There is a well in the garden which is 500 sq m. Some additional buildings and a summer kitchen are built in the yard but they can be removed if you don`t need them.
