This house has 2 floors and total living area of 190 sq m. It`s old but with little investment it can turn into a dream home. It`s located on a hill and all the other houses are in the back so you can imagine the splendid views that reveal from this spot! There is another building on the same plot that has 120 sq m of living area. The second building exists on the scetch and has only foundations but it can be rebuilt without any permittions. The village is located about 14 km far from the town of Smolyan and 26 km from the ski resort of Pamporovo.
