The property is located in a beautiful village just about 12 km from the seaside and one of the most famous sea resorts on the south Bulgarian Seaside- Tzarevo. The famous river of Veleka passes just by the village. There are many natural reserves in the area which is one of the most preferable for vacations and rural tourism areas. The distance to the city of Bourgas where the International Airport is located is 85 km on the main road that passes by the Sea. Most of the houses are very attractive to foreign investors because of their interesting Greek style. Nowadays the village has around 400 inhabitants. The house is right next to a forest and has gorgeous views. Strandzha Mountain provides beautiful surroundings to all properties in the village. There are 5 rooms on 2 floors. The first floor has 2 rooms and the second one has 3 more rooms and a place suitable for a bathroom with a toilet. Electricity is provided in the house but water is only outside in the garden which is 460 sq m large.
