This splendid villa is located in the town of Chernomorets, 20 km south of Bourgas, 10 km north of Sozopol. It is on the first line, with amazing views and 2 of the nicest beaches in Bulgaria are only 5 minutes walk away.
The living area of the villa is 250 sq m. It is on 3 floors, has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms/ toilets and accommodates about 18 people. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are supplied with 4 beds which is very convenient for kids.
First floor consists of a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with massage shower and toilet, 2 storage areas. A fireplace is installed that heats the whole first floor, also a lot of windows are featured and so view to the sea is there all the time. Windows also have security blinds which are useful when the villa is uninhabited. Second and third floor have 2 bedrooms each, a big balcony to the sea, bathroom and toilet. The plot around the villa is 850 sq.m. It has a small swimming pool, 90 cm deep, a barbecue area, a summer dining-room connected with the kitchen and parking places for 6-8 cars. There is a 2 meter high fence to the street with two sliding-doors in it, through which the cars go through.
A steel staircase leads down to the concrete quay which people can use to put sunbeds and sunshades for catching suntan. Over 15 000 cubic meters of concrete were used for the building of the quay, if the new owner wants, he can even extend it and this will allow small yachts to be docked there.
The nicest beach in Bulgaria, Gradina, is only 1 km away in the direction of Sozopol. Also Chernomorets beach is 1 km away in the other direction. The place is quiet, considered the richest area south of Bourgas where mainly posh villas are constructed.
It is very rare to find such exclusive location in Black Sea Coast for less than 1 million Euro.
