The complex is located on the beach, absolute waterfront. It consists of 4 maisonettes (on the first floor, each of them has direct access to the beach), 14 apartments and 4 studios are for sell fully finished, but without furniture. The complex does not rely only on the unique location and views, one of the leading stuff is the quality of construction- built with brick, QUALITY insulation, joinery and windows. It will have a very modern spa center - sauna, steam bath, Roman bath, massage room, relaxation room, Russian bath! The complex also will have panoramic elevator, the air conditioners are hidden in a special niche. It will provide laundry room with staff, enabling owners to feel special guests.
