PROPERTY & RENTAL MANAGEMENT –

RESERVATION
Any apartment or villa can be reserved for the period of 21 days. The reservation amount is €1000 (one thousand euro) for the apartments and €2000 (two thousand euro) for the villas. The reservation amount is non refundable, but deductible from the first installment of the property.
