PROPERTY & RENTAL MANAGEMENT –
The maintenance of the common property areas is 5 euro per sq.m. and is calculated on the total area of the properties. The service includes maintenance of the common property areas, the facade of the building where the apartment is, the swimming pools, the green areas. The maintenance charge is compulsory and is payable once a year.

RESERVATION
Any apartment or villa can be reserved for the period of 21 days. The reservation amount is €1000 (one thousand euro) for the apartments and €2000 (two thousand euro) for the villas. The reservation amount is non refundable, but deductible from the first installment of the property. Once the reservation amount is received and the purchase agreement is signed we will take the apartment/villa off the market.

Customers purchasing an apartment or a villa in our Golden Hills project will have the privilege of receiving a full membership for one year in the first driving Range of Bulgaria. With this membership, they will be entitled to all the services provided by the Grape Driving Range. With 20 Swing bases, a putting green as well as a school of excellence and Golf pro shops, you will be able to gear up for the real thing and then take the especially dedicated shuttle bus to one of the many golf courses which surround the Golden Hills development.
