The property presents itself a large, three-storey building that is suitable for both a villa and a hotel with approximately 10 rooms.
The house is built on the main street of a small town about 50 km from Sofia, and only 2.5 km from Kostenets. The area benefits with extremely clean air and wonderful views of Rila Mountain.
The house consists of three residential floors and a ground floor. Each floor has an area of 99 sq m. The ground floor comprises of one large premise suitable for tavern, bar or other, 3 rooms and a bathroom. The first floor has an entrance hall, bathroom and five rooms. The second floor also has an entrance hall, bathroom and five identical rooms, as well as two beautiful terraces. On the third floor, there are again five identical rooms.
The building was finished in the 1970s. It has solid foundations, but needs complete renovation. The construction is brick.

The town has sewerage. It is very close to the highway to Sofia.
