This is an eco village built fully on the new technology. The project will be implemented in two phases. The roof structure is wooded and the materials used are mostly natural.

  • WSS installation;
  • Aluminum radiators.

Degree of completion:

Each cottage will be handed over to the owner, as follows:

  • Living room, dining room, hallway and balconies: terracotta, granite or natural stone;
  • Bedrooms: flooring - parquet or wooden floor on the client's choice, walls - latex;
  • Bathroom and WC: floor in the bathroom and toilet - terracotta, walls and ceilings - masonry and plaster walls in the bathroom and toilet - terracotta or granite tiles and masonry. Installed plumbing and faucets.


Property management:

Cottage owners will be invited to management of real estate - rental, cleaning, maintenance, gardening, protection of the whole complex.
