This closed type complex is located 1.7 km from the famous Bulgarian sea resort "Sunny Beach", in a private, remote from vanity area. Bourgas International Airport is at 25 km distance. The historic town of Nessebar is only a few kilometers away. Nearby lays the resort of Sveti Vlas and the resort Kosharitsa also the national Park Kali, known for its unique location and flora. This is mix of mountain and sea air - it is always clean and fresh and the breeze is cool.
The complex consists of 12 houses - five three-storied and seven two-storey. The houses have all the necessary facilities for comfortable living.
