This beautiful old house is located in one of the most famous and historical villages in Bulgaria, province of Shumen, in the western foot of the Madara`s plateau, 15km eastern from Shumen. It has 1705 inhabitants. Grain and industrial crops are grown in the area. Just a few km eastern from the village is located the national historical and archaeological preserve “Madara”. Archaeological finds from the neolith: Thracian village, Roman country house, and a stronghold (2-5 century), ancient Bulgarian palace compound, sanctuaries (shrines), churches and monasteries, stronghold facilities. It is a religious centre during the first Bulgarian realm; rocky monastery (12-14 century). The house is quite old but very well preserved and needs little investment to become livable for its new owners. There are two floors and each one has 3 rooms. There is an additional building outside where the bathroom is. The Sea, Varna and the nearest International Airport are 50 km far from the village. The house is surrounded by a massive fencing. The advantage of the house is the huge yard- 3000 sq m. The total living area of the house is 100 sq m. The village and the area take very important place in the long – aged history of Bulgaria.
