The village is part of Stara Zagora municipality, Stara Zagora region. The distance to the town of Stara Zagora is about 14 km. The village is very well organized and got everything you'll need. There is a bus stop with regular transport to Stara Zagora and asphalted roads which provide easy access all year around.
The property which is for sale is a spacious plot of land with an old building on it. The plot of land is 745 sq m large and is in regulation, which means there is water and electricity provided and you can immediately start the construction of your new home.
