The village is located only 15 km from the town of Stara Zagora and 2 km from Starazagorski mineral baths. The roads are very good and there is regular public transport.
The offered house has a southern exposure. It is situated 100 m from the village center and 50 meters from a pine forest. The house is monolithic construction and has three floors. The ground floor comprises of a one room (kitchen) and a garage. The second floor has living room (20 square meters), kitchen with dining room, bathroom and internal staircase to the third floor.
