The house is situated in "the valley of peaches" as they call the area, at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain and Sredna Gora, about 15 minutes from the town of Sliven and 20 minutes from Nova Zagora. The area was officially ratified for environmental cleanliness. Through it passes the second - largest river in Bulgaria - Tunja. Nearby are Jrebchevo dam, a village with mineral springs and the first-class road Burgas - Sofia. The whole region is a traditional producer of wine and fruits.
