House for sale near Sliven

We are selling an old and very solid house located in the center of a developed village very close to the town of Sliven. Less than 300 m from the house, there are two shops and a bus stop.

The house was built in the beginning of the last century, but was completely renovated in year 2000. It has solid stone foundations and brick walls. It consists of a large entrance hall, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. There is also an adjacent outbuilding consisting of two rooms (kitchen and dining room).

The renovation included new PVC window joinery, new electrical installation and plumbing.

The property comes with a large yard with outside bathroom and toilet. It is a very quiet and very nice place, close to the big city (10 km), but also secluded and peaceful.

This property is suitable for anyone who is keen with the rural way of life and at the same time wants to have all the amenities of the urban life.
