House for sale near Pleven

We would like to present to you another rural property for sale, this time - in northern Bulgaria. It is a spacious house located in a large, very well developed village just 9 km east from Pleven.

The settlement is set in a hilly area with temperate climate, characterized with hot and dry summer while the winter is cold. The village benefits from its location on the railway line that connects Sofia with Varna and Rousse, also the main road between the towns of Pleven, Rousse, Nikopol and Pordim.

The property consists of a fully regulated plot of land and a two storey house built on it. The yard is 1000 sq m in size - cultivated and with lots of greenery and fruit trees. The house is two storied with total living area of 100 sq m. It is generally in good condition but requires some repair works before you move in.
