The property is situated in a quiet village included in the district of Montana. The village has a population of around 800 people and lies only 30 km from the town of Montana. The total living area of the house is 120 sq m. It is brick built on one floor. The size of the yard is 1500 sq m.
 
The house consists of a basement and one residential floor. It is very close to the village center (approximately 300 m) of asphalted road. The distribution of the premises on the first is as follows - living room with double bed, separate room and kitchen. The walls are painted, the floor - linoleum in the kitchen, in the other rooms - wood.
 
Unfortunately there is no bathroom and the toilet and several agricultural buildings have collapsed from the rains so the property needs some renovation. There is a summer building a well and vines. The price includes all of the furniture.
