The offered house is located in a cozy village on the main road connecting Dobrich and Albena. The village is included in the municipality of Dobrich and lies around 7 km from the town, 25 km from the famous resort of Albena, and 45 km from the city of Varna.
The house was built in 2001. It needs some finishing works including outside plastering. It has two floors and a total living area of 200 sq m. There is also a separate garage.
