The property is located in the town of Dobrich, the area of the bus station. The house is on two floors, connected via an external staircase. It consists of the following:
First floor - kitchen, bathroom with toilet, children's room and а bedroom.
Second floor - two rooms. One is used as a warehouse and the second is a living room. There is also a bathroom and toilet.
