Sunny, two-storey house, situated in Stara Planina Mountain, near the town of Elena (9 km).
The village reveals amazing views of the mountain and the surrounding peaks. It is close to a river and a lake. The settlement is small, but has the necessary amenities and the town of Elena is just nearby.
The house consists of four rooms, a closet and a corridor with a separate entrance on the second floor. The first floor also has a separate entrance and consists of a corridor, a spacious kitchen and a basement. The foundations are solid. The house has an attractive veranda overlooking the mountains.
