This is an old rural house for sale, located in a picturesque mountain village in the Rhodopi Mountains, near Pazardzhik.
The village is built on the land of the ancient Thracian tribes, testimony of which is the hills that can be found on the land of the village. The village is situated 1362 meters above sea level in the Batak's part of the northwestern Rhodopes. The distance between the village and Plovdiv is 55 kilometers, and with Peshtera -23 kilometers. The climate is mild, mountain-continental. The spring brings the storks, snowdrops and daffodils. Late and cool, the spring is usually accompanied by snow storms. The summer is warm, influenced by cool Mediterranean breezes, with temperatures ranging from 12 to 28 degrees Celsius. There are numerous hotels in the village and it is often visited by tourist.
The house which is for sale is two stories as each floor comprises two rooms and another additional adjacent fifth room. The total living area of the house is 75 sq m and it is built on a plot of land - 250 sq m in size. The house is old and is in need of renovation in order to become livable again.
