The 7 bedrooms can accommodate up to 14 people, although the villa is also perfect for just a couple who enjoy extra space and privacy. There are no less than 2 brand new modern kitchens, one on ground floor (with laundry facilities) and one Summer kitchen in lower area - ideal for combing enjoyment of the outdoors with meals.
But if cooking's not in your plans, there are excellent local restaurants near by. Quality food and drink at low prices. The low cost of living is a major attraction of Bulgaria. Your holiday money will go far further than expected. And not at the cost of quality or good service, which are usually of a high standard.

The villa has full air conditioning and cable TV with English and other language programs. Lounge down by the new swimming pool (with separate children's area), with its sun gazebo and sip cocktails. You can take a dip at night, with the underwater pool and terrace lighting on and crickets chirping in surrounding luxuriant vegetation. Or laze in the bubbling hot Jacuzzi. Sleeps up to 14 in 7 bedrooms, arranged as 1 double, 4 doubles with twin beds, 1 single and one triple penthouse room. Each room is equipped with high quality furniture and matching accessories. There is a sophisticated hot or cold air conditioning throughout villa - a must for peaceful sleep through those hot summer nights. Large fitted kitchen fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast table. There is summer Kitchen with bar, Fridge freezer, cooker and other appliances, also TV, living room with sofas, dining table, and cable TV. Central feature is a superb individually designed fireplace. (Log store to rear of villa.) There is superbly newly installed swimming pool with large patio, Jacuzzi to side and sun arbour. Extensive gardens with orchard of fruit, fig laden trees and ample secure parking. There is a coach house with 175 year old Royal Bulgarian Coach. The plot size is 1850 sq.m. and the total built-up area is around 240 sq.m.
Location and Local Attractions:
The villa is nestled in the gently sloping hills behind Balchik Bay and its range of holiday facilities, just far enough back to escape the noise of summer evening festivities. The Tzar's Summer Palace and 70 acres of botanical gardens are in a walk down the road.
The villa is in the historic town and seaside resort of Balchik, which is situated terrace-like on a small bay on the Black Sea. Balchik has sandy beaches, modern promenade, market and many restaurants, some of which are set on platforms over the lapping warm waters. It is a perfect place for a romantic evening meal. Balchik is also a fishing port and has moorings for yachts. It's also near the popular holiday destinations of Albena and Golden Sands. A lot of EU money has been spent recently on upgraded roads and other facilities in and around the town and it's not surprising the town is proving such a magnet for visitors.
