The house is located only 20 min from the town of Plovdiv. The village is small and quiet, but has all the necessary amenities and developed infrastructure.
The building is brick construction, with two floors. On the first floor, it has two rooms and a bathroom with toilet. The second floor consists of three large rooms and one smaller. There is a possibly for building a bathroom with toilet. The staircase between the two floors is internal.
The house has a renovated roof, new windows in every room. The heating is provided by two brand new air conditioners.
The yard is cultivated. It has an area of 600 sq m. The grass is mowed and the garden is in perfect condition. There is a water probe – hydrophore, 20 newly planted fruit trees.
