Two plans for stage payment available:
The minimum initial payment upon signing a preliminary contract is 30% of the sale's price.
Payment plan 1:
Deposit - 1000 Euro
1-st instalment - 30% - at concluding the preliminary contract;
2-nd instalment -30% - within 5 months after concluding the preliminary contract;
3-rd instalment - 30% - within 10 months after concluding the preliminary contract;
4-th instalment - 10% - within 12 months after concluding the preliminary contract, at receiving the Notary Deed.
Payment plan 2:
Deposit - 1000 Euro
1-st instalment - 90% - at concluding the preliminary contract;
2-nd instalment - 10% - at receiving the notary deed.

Maintainance, management and security FEES:
