Our company sells a developed agricultural business – fruit orchard in Bulgaria, Shumen region. The property consists of:
 
Plum orchard - 58 331 sq m - eight years old with drip irrigation.
Walnut garden - 55 121 sq m, (33 607 sq m of which is 9 years old and 21 514 sq m with age 7 years).
