Factory for plastic details in Petrich

The factory was found in 1991 situated in the city of Petrich. The core business activity of the company is manufacturing of plastic details and supplying services for galvanized plating. The products of plastic and bakelite are both used in the home appliances and for technical purposes.

The average personnel amount to 12 employees. The factory production is of fixings and articles out of thermoplastical and thermoactive plastic through injection moulding under pressure.

The factory consists of:

  • Production shed: one storey solid building with 1197 m2 built-up area, situated on a parcel with total area of 7020 m2
  • Zoned property for production and storage. The area amounts to 1269 m2 according to the plan of Petrich city. It includes the ferro-concrete building together with basement and entrance construction for the over ground fields. The area on which the ferro-concrete building is built amounts to 1015,41 m2. The basement built with 4 meters bench mark under the building has an area of 900,80 m2. The area of the entrance construction amounts to 57,98 m2.
  • Second zoned property for production and storage. It amounts to 815 m2 as per plot and includes the ferro-concrete building with area of 566,61 m2.
