Beautiful house for sale in the mountains

We are selling a Revival-style house located in a beautiful mountain village, 5 km from the town of Troyan. The house is facing south, overlooking the Balkans. It is located on a quiet street (asphalt), 300 m from the center of the village.

The house is two-storey, with an area of 94 square meters. The first floor is entirely built with thick stone walls. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom (toilet) and a basement.

The second floor is brick. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace and closet, which can be converted into a bathroom with toilet (it is just above the bathroom on the first floor). The second floor was not really used after the repairs.

In the yard there is an additional outbuilding - 90 sq m. Its first floor is also made of stone. There is a garage and another separate room on it.

Part of the yard has concrete walkways and a well. The property is surrounded by a high solid fence.
