The complex is located in the north–west part of Sunny Beach in close proximity to Nessebar. It is only about 400 meters from the beach. The mortgage is offered by DSK bank – one of the largest and most respectable banks in Bulgaria. The loan is available only for UK and Irish citizens and we recommend the UK-based Bulgarian Home Loans as an agent.
The general terms are as follows. The loan has maturity from 5 to 20 years. The maximum amount of the loan is 200, 000 Euro. The bank requires 30% down-payment at the signing of the preliminary contract. The interest rate is competitive vis-a-vis the credit market in Bulgaria.
