The newly built hotel is situated at the foot of the three most beautiful mountains in Bulgaria - Pirin, Rila and Rhodope Mountains - between the world's famous resort and the village of Banya. The area is attractive for its mineral springs. The complex is located in a valley between the three mountains and offers a great view from its windows. The total area is 4600 square meters.

The complex will be in operation at the end of May 2012. It consists of six entrances, which are connected by "hot passes" for the comfort and convenience of the owners. 3 and 4-level building includes 22 studios, 30 apartments with one bedroom and 12 apartments with two bedrooms, the area which varies from 37.63 m to 114.5 m, all dwellings have balconies and panoramic views of the mountains.

During the construction of the building have been used mainly natural materials - stone and wood, to keep the harmony between the complex and the environment. The complex has also a restaurant, reception, conference hall, a modern luxury spa center, indoor pool with hot water, guarded parking lot.

Medicinal qualities of the mineral water are proved by the ancient Romans, and this was one of the reasons for investors to be interested in this project. There is mineral water in the complex itself, entering right from the surface of the earth with temperature 58 C.

For lovers of skiing regular transport will take just 10 minutes to bring you to the gondola station in Bansko. Despite its close proximity to the bustling ski resort, the complex remains secluded and offers comfort and tranquility.
