This is a complex of holiday homes situated in an immediate proximity to the sea coast in the town of Byala. The apartments are located in two independent buildings situated in accordance to the main pedestrian and automobile passages, sea view and land inclination. There is an underground parking lot directly connected to the road, swimming pools for adults and children, recreational facilities.
Block A is situated in the property’s north-western part. It comprises of a ground floor and three residential floors, serviced by internal staircase and a lift.
The apartments are two types: one-bedroom and two-bedroom. Each apartment consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom + WC, a living room including a dining place and a kitchenette, a detached balcony and bedrooms. In the apartments with two bedrooms there is also a second sanitary premise.
Block B comprises of 3 main residential floors without an underground level. The apartments situated there are mostly one-bedroom. The two-room ones are in the south-eastern part of the block and they are planned to be with a second sanitary premise. The apartments are situated along an internal corridor and the connection between the floors is through staircase and a lift. The balconies of the apartments located on the ground floor are paved in the form of individual small yards. All of them will be decorated in the same style as the rest of the landscape.
The buildings are massive, monolith constructions, with a beamless slab system and tiled and boarded roofing. All apartments are offered in a state of completion: walls – plastered and painted; floors – laminated parquet, terracotta, equipped bathrooms. The façade is finished with stone, white smooth plaster, wood boarding and PVC joinery imitating natural wood. The Complex is of closed type with controlled access, 24 hour security guard and assured continuous maintenance and building management.
