The complex

The building is situated in the central part of "Sunny Beach" - West holiday complex and has a total built-up area of 3,180 sq m, distributed on 6 floors. It is located within 450 meters away from the sea shore along the widest section of the beach amidst the greenest areas of the holiday complex. Its location may be identified as being closer to the hotels of "Burgas" and "Continental", the holiday complex of the Council of Ministers, complex "Royal Sun", complex "Summer Dreams" etc.

The western part of the building neighbors the municipal park which according to the applicable zoning plans for development is planned to host green areas and alleys to the swimming-pool of the hotel. To the south the complex neighbors "Tarsis" vacation complex, and to the north and east currently there are 4 new vacation complexes /almost finished, which will operate for the summer season of 2009/. Municipal sports facilities, tennis courts, children's playgrounds and many green alleys are planned to be built only 30 meters away within close proximity to the complex.

The apartments are finished with: covered ground flooring /terracotta, laminate, cladding/, walls and ceilings painted with latex, installed illuminants, electric contacts and switches, The sanitary room is equipped with lavatory pan and overflow tank, sink with mixing faucets, shower and shower-cabin, faience and terracotta, fitted 60l water-heater. The outlets for the hot and cold water, as well as the sewerage canal for the sink and the kitchen cupboard are blunted.

Sunny Beach

Sunny Beach is the largest resort on Bulgaria Black Sea cost. Cuddled in a beautiful bay that in its southern part abuts the town of Nessebar - a unique monument of Bulgarian heritage, the resort reaches the southern slopes of Stara Planina to the north. This extraordinary marriage of the sea and mountain generates an excellent climate favoring travel and tourism during the greatest part of the year.

Founded in 1959, the resort was judiciously located only 35 km away from Bulgaria's largest industrial and tourist centre-Bourgas-and 30 km away from Bourgas Airport, the country's most modern Airport. The flat landscape of Sunny Beach differs considerably from that of the rest of the large Black Sea resort. The sandy sea bottom slopes gently, hiding no unexpected depths. The beach strip is 5 500 m long and 40-50 m wide on the average, and consists of fine, homogeneous sand. Its western part a total surface of 86 hectares of dunes is a national reserve.

The average monthly temperatures during the tourist season does not exceed 25-26 °C and the average monthly humidity varies between 60-65%. The period from June trough September is characterized by a minimum of cloudiness /3-4 days monthly/ and a maximum sunshine /22-25 days monthly/. The climate makes Sunny Beach a truly excellent place for travel and tourism, the duration of the tourist season being 6 months.
