The complex is being built by a major company in the resort town of Sozopol just 100 meters from the Black Sea beaches in the area with developed infrastructure. Nearby are tennis courts, a playground for football, basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center, SPA-center, shops and playgrounds.
The complex specifies to a 5 star standard of European holiday villages, and the combination of pine forest and the golden sandy beach makes it unique for the Bulgarian coast.
The complex consists of 4 detached four-storey buildings (buildings A, B, C and D, respectively), each of which has a separate entrance and elevator. The design provides comfortable 1, 2 and 3 room apartments with a total area of 36 sq.m to 154 sq.m. The number of flats in the project is 84. The complex has underground parking for apartment owners and open parking for guests. After the completion of the building will be implemented landscaping of the common areas. This will include trees and bushes, green lawns, flowers and walkways
