The floor surface of the balconies and the bathrooms is from Italian granite-like and terracotta tiles. The kitchenettes are convenient and equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, easy to use. Each apartment has cable television and internet installed. The heating is central with a separate counter meter for each apartment. The fuel used is diesel or gas. The owners of the apartments have a choice between two styles of furnishing - modern or classical, according to their preferences.
