The house is located in one of the most famous ethnographic villages in Bulgaria, just 3 km from the old capital - city of Veliko Tarnovo. The village is also one of the most preferred for living near Veliko Tarnovo.
The house has a total living area of 100 sq m. It is built on a plot with an area of 1850 square meters. Inside the house the distribution of the rooms is as follows:
An entrance hall with a terrace, five rooms, a summer kitchen, a basement and a garage with an inside connection to the house.
In the yard there are several additional outbuildings, an external bathroom, an extern al toilet and a large gate allowing for parking of a car.
