- 50% - due and payable at the signing of the preliminary contract;
- 20% - due and payable at the completion of the definite apartment level;
- 20% - due and payable at roof level;

Payment schedule with an 8% discount
- 90% - due and payable at the signing of the preliminary contract;

Discount options:
- In case of a purchase of 2 apartments the client shall receive a 5% discount for the apartment with higher price;
- In case of a purchase of 3 apartments the client shall receive a 5% discount from the total price;
- In case of a purchase of more than 3 apartments, the payment terms and conditions, and the price itself shall be negotiable
