The Manhattan Villa - 3 or 4 Bedroom configuration available

The 3 Bedroom configurations use the space that would be taken up by the fourth Bedroom as an en-suite and walk-in Wardrobe.

The size and price of the 2 configurations are the same.

The Manhattan is a huge 3/4 bed roomed villa that at over 190 sq m. Complete with own swimming pool and terrace, this flagship villa is the one others will strive to equal. All furnished to the highest standards, complete with flat screen TV’s in every room, internet access and all the furniture you would expect in a home of this calibre. The Manhattan is big enough for 8 people. The villa has a car parking space, although with the Platinum Programme chauffer service, you can leave your own car safely parked in the gated community.

The Boston Villa

The Boston, a 3 bedroom villa slightly smaller than the Manhattan but still a huge holiday home weighing in at almost 149 sq m. Finished to the same high standards, offering the same furnishing and standard facilities of internet access and spectacular design. The Boston also has one car parking space allocated for the exclusive use of the owners or guests. The Boston is big enough for 6 people.

The Baltimore Villa

The Baltimore, a 2 bedroom villa with the same angular design as its larger cousins, but offering all the same high standards. However it still is a very sizeable 114 sq m offering accommodation for 4 people in luxury and space. The Baltimore has one car parking space allocated for the exclusive use of the owners or their guests.
