Regulated plots of land for sale near Borovets

This is an offer about four, fully regulated pieces of land for sale located in the mountains near the famous ski resort Borovets.
These well sized lands are situated just outside the Borovets resort in the Rila Mountain National Park, 1310 meters above sea level and 70 km from the capital, Sofia. The place is considered to be the VIP section of the Super Borovets plan. It is expected to see big improvements in this area in the next 3 years as several large international investors already own development plots here. This will become the most exclusive part of Borovets when the project is completed.

  • plot #76.4 is with area 6597 sq.m., prce 75 euro per sq.m. (494 775 euro)
