Regulated plot of land for sale near Gabrovo

The property is situated at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain in a picturesque village 27 km to the west of Gabrovo and 16 km to the south of Sevlievo town.

To reach the area where this property is situated first you will have to pass through the village of Batoshevo (where you will find two monasteries: Devichesky and Batoshevski, also the dam "Castel", which is suitable for sport fishing).

The property consists of a large parcel with an old building on it. The total land area is 2000 sq m. The parcel has one building - a barn. The foundations of the building are made of stone and the roof is wooden. The barn is suitable for construction of a new building since it has solid foundations and can be used. The remaining area of the property which is not built is planted with fruit trees (plums, cherries, sour cherries, apples, pears, quince, black and white mulberry and walnut). In the winter in the area are held winter hunting trips for wild boar. The property has electricity and water.
