PAYMENT PLAN
1000 Euro - Reservation payment (DEDUCTED FROM THE FINAL STAGE PAYMENT) Advance 30% (when preliminary contract is signed) due within one month of reservation Foundations 30% Roof 30% Completion and Property transfer 10% Extra costs: Taxes for transferring the deeds are about 3% of the cost of the apartment.
MAINTENANCE
The maintenance services are provided for €10 per sq. m. annually. This covers maintenance of the building, incl. electricity and water systems and roof, cleaning public areas, gardening.
