The village where this house is situated is tucked at the foot of the Strandzha Mountain. At the same time the Black sea coast is only 50 km away or just some 40 minutes driveing. The place is buried in verdure. A frisky little river passes along the village. It’ s difficult to believe how calm and quiet a place can be if you don’t see that spot. The area is good for hunting and fishing.

This house is situated almost at the higher end of the village. It has three rooms and a corridor at the upper store and a large basement divided in two premises which can easily be turned into two bedrooms. The house has a balcony which provides an amazing view to the surrounding area reaching the skyline.
