Our next offer is quite unusual. This is a small mountain resort for sale, located in the beautiful Troyan Mountains. The resort is located at the edge of a picturesque village which is part of Sevlievo municipality, Gabrovo region. It is situated at the distance of 40 km from Gabrovo and 77 km from Veliko Tarnovo. The nearest large town - Sevlievo is 30 km away.

The resort consists of two large bungalows - after a complete renovation and also a restaurant and service building. It is built on a large plot of land with total size of 5000 sq m.
